Devil-sworn Hostilities Cannot Go Unpunished

Written by: Maros, Captain of the Guard

By order of Her Majesty, Queen Clytemnestra

Let be known that blessed Arcadia shall honour the agreements made in antiquity by our Progenitor.

The illegal siege of Aster Malik by devil-sworn Cyrene and its triton overlords shall not go unpunished. The people of Aster Town shall receive nothing less than Arcadia's full support, both militarily and economically, when staring down the sword-arm of the genocidal maniacs who call the Imperial Reaches home.

Further hostilities against the Keep or its people shall find the perpetrators enemied to the Kingdom of Arcadia and thus subject to operations carried out in the name of the Queen.

May the Skylord's judgement find your measure in the days to come.
Captain Maros

Penned by my hand on the 11th of Lupar, in the year 979 AF.
