Greetings!
The Grand Bazaar for the Asterian Festival of History will be run by the
Grand Merchant Collective. The guidelines are as follows:
1. All cart slots carry a rental fee of 10,000 gold per slot, to be paid
to the Asterian Restoration.
2. Cities are already allocated two cart slots, but may choose to
utilise less if they wish. They are not exempt from the rental fees, and
will pay 20,000 gold to utilise both slots.
3. Carts can be either organisational-run or individually-run. Owners
are expected to provide their own carts, but the Merchants or the
Restoration can sell carts to them for use if necessary.
4. For now, we are limiting the individual cart plots to two per person,
to prevent a monopoly. Nobody wants to see the same thing over and over!
5. Eligible wares for sale include any crafted items, food included, as
well as any items that can be purchased from other merchants. So,
Targossas could choose to sell some of Deburr's charm bracelets, and the
Mariners could choose to sell items purchased from Lothos, and so on.
6. Non-eligible wares for sale include curatives, enchantments,
riftables, ingredients, and other such everyday necessities.
The Bazaar is for a showcase of creativity.
7. Cart owners are solely responsible for managing their own carts
throughout the Festival.
8. The carts must be set up BEFORE the start of the Festival on Ero
977AF.
9. The location of the fairgrounds is the entire Asterian Peninsula.
Designated cart locations should begin from the entrance to the Asterian
Restoration and radiate outwards as more are occupied. You will find the
estate location at 'Rocky beach' near the southern shoreline of the
Peninsula. In the interests of balance, we would ask that you wait until
you are allocated a spot for your cart(s) instead of taking one over.
Thank you to those that have already made contact and submitted fees!
Any questions in relation to the Bazaar can be directed to the Keeper Laytron and wider queries regarding the Asterian Festival should go to Jurixe.
Looking forward to working with you all!
