Cracked Stone

"Her stone was cracked beneath the heel of the Tsol'teth"

It seems you remnants like to rewrite history to suit your mandates. You claim the Tsol'teth caused the ruins and deaths? Curious. Allow me to present a refresher of history.

The Tsol'teth occupied your city and took what they needed, but nay it was not they that cracked your stone and drowned your people. The flood waters were beckoned in by one you call a friend. The screams of your people that filled the soulrealms and the orphaned, broken and widowed that walked along your avenues in despair, they were all damned by your own. The ruins, corpses and waterlogged remnants you witnessed but the remains of a mad act to proclaim victory.

Your people stand divided on the events that took place, while your leadership proclaims the deaths the fault of the Tsol'teth. They accuse them of forcing their hand...I wonder if those survivors of broken homes feel the same.

Ample opportunity was given for more peaceful resolutions, but like the majority of you chest-thumpers you wanted victory or death. You cry victim when you stabbed yourselves with the very blood-stained blade you present as evidence. Any that even considered another alternative were deemed traitors, for truly the only solution was to bemoan and complain until the Gods fixed the problem.

Cyrene died with the floodwaters that day, for indeed you chose death. You remain on a carcass like maggots while promoting its heart still beats within the Vashnars. 'New Cyrene' perhaps? That seems fitting at the least.

Get the story straight,
Asmodron
