Dearest Sapience,

Imagine my surprise when the Conclave not only made my humble application to their marvelous organisation public, but announced that our ability to garner votes would be a deciding factor in our potential acceptance! Naturally, a member of the de Vermiis family is never unprepared, and I am certainly no stranger to public showings.

So that those of you who still do not know me very well may find a chance to reverse such an unfortunate situation - or so those of you that do know me, but see no reason yet to support my position on the Conclave may hear my arguments - I will be hosting a grand, magnificent party in my mansion that you are all invited to! You read correctly, each and every person reading this is invited to what is likely to be the greatest get-together in quite some time. As long as you do not intend to cause trouble, that is!

Entertainment will be provided by yours truly and some hired help, and it promises to be both educational and thrilling. I will also be answering any relevant questions you undecided voters might have for me, along with providing a fair share of food and drink!

Whether you're on the fence, you've already chosen me, or you simply want to have a good time, meet me at the foyer of my mansion around the sixteenth of Daedalan this upcoming year! That is, almost two months after the time of this posting.
