Hail, Sapience.

It is my great pleasure to announce the grand opening of Sabarian Hall, home to the Carmine Circle and the practice of ritual duelling.

You may have read the posters. Perhaps you have even witnessed a demonstration. But for those who have not, ritual duelling is an activity that spotlights the artistry of a duel rather than the outcome. It is far more creative than traditional methods, and is an excellent spectator sport.

Sabarian Hall houses the Carmine Circle, a non-aligned organisation that gathers those with an interest in ritual duelling to encourage discussion and regular challenges; all faiths are welcome. See CLHELP TCCIRCLE.

The hall is located within the Northern Vashnar mountains: up, southeast, two down and east from Xhaiden Dale.

All may visit and use its facilities, but if you do, remember to light the candles at the alcove and respect the code of conduct while within. Cooperation is the key to maintaining the sanctity of a neutral public facility.
