After meeting with the Emissaries of Air and Earth, it has been determined that their Embassy needs to be rebuilt as it serves as a neutral territory for the elements. The Tash'la of Qerstead were chosen as the builders needed for this task and we set to negotiating mutually beneficial terms for the builders and Emissaries.

An accord was reached and we now require general designs for this Embassy within the next month. The leader of the builders states that it need only be a general layout of the building. After a month has passed, we will submit these plans to the builders to determine the materials necessary and the cost. The cost, which is forthcoming after designing, will be in rare minerals mined from our own mines to be paid to the laborers.

Please direct your general designs of the Embassy to Ahmet within the month for consideration.
