Eleusis,
I care not for your children's tales of curses or Divine retribution in the wake of civilization. I care not for your fantasies of living in harmony with the world of green as faeries and nymphs skip around your little picnic, and I care not for your hot air.
Too often do I see Rangor as the one and only voice that trumpets these values, this primordial desire to stick to wooden huts held together by animal dung. Why should we recognize you as a true threat to our plans if you cannot even settle the purpose of your own city? Divine mandate, handed down by the Gods you follow, and still you bicker. Yet I should trust you to protect a piece of Creation in Good's stead?
Understand this: Nature is a part of Creation. Planets are a part of Creation. Evil is a part of Creation. Darkness is a part of Creation. We will not hesitate nor blink an eye to eradicate one if not every single one of these "pieces" if they stand in Good's, and our, way.
It is only natural that, in the end, large swathes of Creation will be destroyed to bring Purity and thus Paradise into this Universe. I do not pretend that Nature will not be a part of this, and I do not care that it is. If you are not part of the solution, then you are part of the problem.
We are not here to destroy Nature, but we are certainly not here to protect it. If you value it so much, and my highway is such a blight upon it, then try and stop us. Prove you deserve the banner you so easily throw around and shout about, yet do nothing to earn. Your ignorance of the bigger picture has never been questioned, and your inability to stop the Warriors of Light and Fire has neither.
You have warred with Mhaldor for decades, centuries even. Yet you wish to oppose us, having faced their paltry efforts in comparison to the might of the Bloodsworn? Bring your opposition, and I will rain a hell upon you that Mhaldor can only imagine in their wildest dreams.
