The Order of Lord Prospero's Bigger, Longer, and Uncut Festival!

Greetings ladies and gentlemen of Sapience!
We, the Council of Lord Prospero, hereby announce our biggest public contest to date: The Order of Lord Prospero's Bigger, Longer, and Uncut Festival!
There will be an auction, entertainment, a ball, several tournaments, and more entertainment (there's twice as much entertainment as there is anything else)! However, the festival will be revolving around two designing contests with a grand prize that will make the winners rich (almost) beyond avarice.
The two contests are identical in all but size and scope: one will be the individual contest, and the other will be the set contest. The submitted designs may be culinary, jewelery, or tailoring in nature; all that matters is that they follow the theme of opulance and luxury that is part and parcel of Lord Prospero's realm.
Details regarding the designing contests will be disseminated shortly after this news post. In the meantime, however, I make this recommendation:
Bring your vaults in order; Wealth has no meaning if it is not spent.
