Greetings Sapience!

I am happy to announce the results of the Taste of Creation contest! We had a total of 23 dishes with chefs from four different citystates as well as a cityless contestant.

For the side category:
>Winner: Lenn Longshanks' bowl of noodle and egg soup
>Runner-up: Lenn Longshanks' bowl of white rice and vegetables
>Second Runner-up: Allene Ashaela's plate of torilla-wrapped, stuffed jalapenos

For the entree category:
>Winner: Allene Ashaela's bowl of chicken and dumplings
>Runner-up: Sylarana de Rina's plate of wrapped sandwich and potato chips
>Second Runner-up: Laniara Vorondil's plate of grilled trout with mango

For the dessert category:
>Winner: Allene Ashaela's tiered peach cake with cream cheese frosting
>Runner-up: Sylarana de Rina's seven layered rainbow cake
>Second Runner-up: TWO WAY TIE between
Sylarana de Rina's snowflake bowl of vanilla ice cream and
Naomh Vorondil's chocolate cake topped with white chocolate ganache

This makes our grand prize winner Allene Ashaela! In addition to the purse, Allene has won a cart to be placed at the entrance of Targossas where she will no doubt be giving you all a chance to sample her dishes.

I would like to thank all our paticipating chefs as well as our judges: Guardian Xaden, Herald Torinn, and Vice-Admiral Kaiu. This was definitely a strong turnout and you can be sure we are considering hosting such a similar contest in the future so keep searching for that inspiration to take a piece of Creation and make something amazing out of it!
