We are proud to announce that the Carnivalis Institute of Jestering will
be opening a second branch in Cyrene.

Our previous rivals in performance, Ty Beirdd, have kindly permitted us
the use of their househall and staff. The new Institute, named The
El'Jahiem Institute of Barding, will be accepting both Bards and
Jesters. The focus of the EIB will be to train those interested in
poetry about snow, article writing and the ways of political letter
scribing using rhyming couplets.

All applicants looking to apply should speak directly with Provost
Serendi El'Jahiem.

The jesters among you seeking the road of performance, felicity and
intelligent wit, should apply to the Carnivalis Institute of Jestering.
The House offers political neutrality to give a wider scope of audiences
to its members and a healthy atmosphere of creative, yet firm,
criticism.

I extend the hand of friendship to the EIB, holding pot of the CIJ, and
wish them the best in the start of their new endeavours, that we may
actively meet in battle upon the stage once more.
