Recently Lady Ourania was kind enough to clarify to me Her status with
the Mad God, reaffirming Her bond to the Lord of Lies. In our holy
struggle against the Chaotic threat the political vacillations of the
Night often fall beneath our notice. Honoured Lady, I thank You for this
reminder, and offer my sincerest apologies for the oversight. The
policies of the East have now been corrected.

To wit: visitor privileges to Shallam are withdrawn for members of the
Order of the Moon until further notice. Known members will be enemied
forthwith.

Individuals affected by this policy may contact the Shallamese Minister
of Security to request unenemying without charge under two conditions:

1. An individual's affiliation with the Order of the Moon ends.
2. The Order of the Moon resolves its association with the Order of
Babel.

While the Moon lies with Chaos its adherents will not benefit from the
blessings of the Light.
