Today a glorious thing happened in Ashtan's history and luckily i moved back in just in time to witness it.

The Archons, and citizens of Ashtan have decided that because of the cruel intentions of the running of the halfway house that is should be closed. Well, not only was it closed, but it was also burned to the ground by an angry mob of enraged citizens. The Halfway house has been accused of cooking children in order to make muscle enhancers to help the churchies. They were also selling the rest of the children to shallamese citizens to work as slaves and servant girls. Not to mention showing horribly revolting images to small children(Gawain). Found buried beneath what was left of the halfway house were many small corpses, which were all holding rotten flasks of ale. I think we all know who was experimenting with the effects of alchohol on small children. Since we've all seen certain templars test the effects of ale on their falcons. I Personally have seen the flacons deliver ale, so all i can guess is that they were training the children for the lone purpose of serving ale. But i merely report what i

The destruction of the halfway house will limit the places for orphan children to go, but it's no use for children to be living a life of horror. If you find an orphan child, you can take him to the Loving Heart's orphanage where he will be attended to with true sincerity and kindness.
