Bevier I complain for several reasons. First of all what you call
every time I am in the neighbourhood of a shrine means in your terms
that if I in any way have been near a shrine that has deteriorated in
the last couple of days you, instantly and without even asking me,
convict me of defiling them.
You might have noticed I am not the only possible candidate for the
defilement of your shrines, many inhabitants of the land have in the
past been subject to the powers you wield through them.
Dont pretend they are just innocent places of worship, we all know
that they are the powertokens of the church. Through them you try to
subjugate the whole of the land. And yes now I have joined the ranks
of the discontent, who seek to destroy them and destroy them all if
possible. And why not, if you are going to persecute me for defiling
on a regular basis anyway, I might as well be guilty once in a while.
But my main complaint is not really the random attacks on innocent
Achaeans, though they surely are despicable, but the way that they
where carried out. If one of your misguided church members attacked
my entities, I would not gather all my friends together and gang up on
him. instead I would go after him myself or if I totally lacked the
ability to do that, I would send one, and I repeat one, of my more able
friends after him. But that does not seem to be the way the church
handles things. Instead they chose to pick of any they suspect by
bringing together two, three sometimes four knights and priests, all of
whom no doubt could have handled it them self , and outright execute
the poor victim, and all this based on hearsay and blind accusations.
