Public News Post #1628

Daelvenmere

Before anyone asks, I do mean to post to Public this time.

Daelvenmere's decisions and posts were based on what he felt was best for the Druids' Guild. As Guildmaster it is his job to decide this.

On this occasion his decision was flawed and he caused himself and the Druids a certain amount of embarrassment.

That is now in the past and there is nothing that can be done to undo it. He has offered me his resignation but I would not accept it. He has been elected to do a job and one incident early on in his career is insufficient to remove him from that task.

He has my full support and, to my knowledge, the Druids do not bear a grudge against him for his mistake and are willing to give him a second chance.

The one condition that I attach now to his job is that he repairs the damage he has done.

All I ask of him in the immediate future is that he posts here to clarify the current state of the boycott (which I have technically broken). Other than in words it never really began. What happens now is up to Daelvenmere. After he has spoken I request that this debate comes to an end. In anyone outside the Druids' Guild has problems with it speak either to me or Daelvenmere.
