Druid/Church treaty

To the best of my knowledge, Isildur is not arch-prelate, and therefore does not have the authority to speak for the church as a whole. My GM has not indicated to me that we have severed the old treaty, and until such time as he does so I will still consider that the priests are honour-bound to respect it.
Any shrines that are established in forest areas are contrary to that treaty, and if it is discovered that a priest was involved with their establishment or maintenance there will be appropriate actions taken.
