I am very disturbed to read the last 10 posts or so...it plagues my mind as to why these things need to happen...but only one thing comes to my mind..."Agression"...as much as it is viewed as courage and strength..that is an illusion...and that is the very reason why i have distanced myself from this 'war' by leaving the kharon ranks...
I am displeased to have to do so, but i am left with no other alternative...I can either be pressured and even forced to kill my Occultist and Ashtanian friends..which has happened in the past...or I can abandon my guild...i have chosen the latter for in this choice I lose my attachment to this aggression which weighs us all to the ground...
now i know all of you are saying "coward!!", so i will say it for you...yes, i am a coward in the eyes of those who would kill senselessly and let their personal issues get in the way of the prospering of the whole...and i am a coward to those who think that to prove they are brave they must rape, pillage, and kill...bravery is not about those things...
Bravery is the ability to admit when you are wrong....Bravery is the sense to look up in the heat of battle and think, what brought us to this level of carnage?...Bravery is also the ability to step down and let others who can lead better do so...
I leave you all with this thought...'what brought us to th is level?'
