In my little existance as a templar I have successfully pissed of the kharon numerous times. The main time being Thankrens and my Shrine that he placed in the Kharon guildhouse. And I was slain many many times by every method of pain Kharon have obtained.
I must admit than in the begining of this "war" I was standing next to Gijan while he slay numerous occultists. I was involved for the sole purpose of avenging the defiliment of the churchs shrines. But soon the attack of Ashtan became a all out slaughter. Gijan and Laergon have some honorable qualities, but soon they began slaying people over and over and over for no real apparent reason. It was then when they attacked a good friend of mine and I stopped fighting and began t heal tose being attacked
The last straw came when for some unknown reason Gijan wanted to kill Rezzo, another friend of mine. With that statement I joined the Astanite Alliance and began to aid them in their struggle. All mortals know of the teaming tactics that the Kharon love to employ, those 3-1, and 4-1, and even 5-1, odds that so many have succumb to. For once we all put aside our diferences to stop this insane slaughter and put down this little coup. With the arrival of Sparhawk, Siranae, Liberater, and Elsdragon, Rezzo, and many others, Ashtan united with Shallam, and priests and templars and druids united with Occultists and Sentarii. This "army" moved quickly to the Kharon guildhouse where we met the Kharon, Gijan, Laergon, Elanta, Anniara, Dift and someone else I cannot recall. The battle that followed was short and sweet and got the Ashtan point across quickly.
I feel the battle was justified and honourable. A powerful force slaying innocents for no apparent reason justified the retaliation.
All that fought in the battle should be thanked for their quick actions before more people died and lost levels.
Gijan you are a nice guy and so are most of your guild brethren, but I think you should leave Ashtan an work out some treaty instead of brutal attacks on them
