Before, I said that combat was prohibited from 8am to 1pm on
weekends. After much thought, it has been decided to change this
from 8am to midday, so that those dedicated council workers enforcing
this law won't miss out on their lunch breaks on weekends
During weekdays, combat will also be allowed from midday to 1pm,
provided your willing to fight during your lunch hour.
