It has just come to my attention that pursuant to Article XXIV,
Paragraph AA, Subsection 3(d)(ii) of the Fourth Level Erisian
Enlightenment Program that you are entitled to a Class 91232-TL
Certificate of Accomodation, to be awarded for Aneristic Excellence
relating to, regarding to and/or pertaining to the spreading of
chaos in its fourth level form. (Please see the Book of the Chao
attached hereto as Appendix 25.)

You may collect your certificate at the Erisian Pyramid, 4th Floor,
Suite 239B, or just contact the receptionist.

CLARIFICATION: Under no circumstances is this certificate meant to
limit your continued spreading of chaos in its fourth level form,
which includes without limitation any partnership, joint venture,
corporation, subsidiary, public agency, marriage, mediocre ideas
and/or funereal services that has been, may be now or will in
the future continue to manifest, either indivudally or jointly,
in whole or in part, chaos.

CLARIFICATION OF CLARIFICATION: This congratulatory post wherein
a certain certificate program has been tendered to one Oberon shall
in no way be subject to revocation, provocation or subrogation
until and if aforementioned certificate tenderee (hereinafter
referred to as "Bozo") to any perceived prejudicial disparagement
from the Legion of Dynamic discord, the Erisian Liberation Front
or the Golden Apple Corps or any subsidiary or branch of any of
them.
