Sundering

Written by: Knight Commander Kasa Lighthawk, Guardian of the Court
Date: Saturday, January 6th, 2018
Addressed to: Dame Kaillian Lighthawk, Lunar Lunatic

O, what cruel Duality is this?
Your eyes in mine, Mannamot but a speck beneath us;
Your loss felt, your absence worse than the Abyss!
O, what cruel Duality is this?
Flesh and flesh, bone and bone, heart and heart
You were me and I were you right from the start!
Now asunder, cloven in two,
How am I to live without you?
O, what cruel Duality is this!
As above, So below,
Without you, I finally know.

Penned by my hand on the 19th of Daedalan, in the year 761 AF.
