NOTICE OF PLANAR DEVELOPMENTS AND REQUEST FOR PRIME ASSISTANCE

Date of Issue: 2nd of Phaestian, 981 years after the fall of the Seleucarian Empire.

To all individuals of the Prime currently bearing an active and binding oath of Elemental Allegiance, as recognised by the Elemental Embassy and designated as as 'Elemental Lord', your attention is formally requested and procedurally required.

Be it known that, pursuant to recent shifts in interplanar topology, multiple destablised rifts have materialised at variable coordinates within the established boundaries of the Elemental Planes.

Initial examination and report from the most adventurous Primes has confirmed that these planar tears do lead to the Elemental Fringes. Said Fringes, exhibiting unsanctioned hybridisation of elemental qualities, are currently under no official or enforced Elemental jurisdiction. As such, territorial assertion and purity reclamation efforts are now deemed essential.

On behalf of their respective elemental primacies, the following emissaries have submitted concurrent and notarised requests for reinforcement:

Emissary Lltharax, on behalf of Kkractle, the Eternal Fire

Emissary Ulghoch, on behalf of Garash, the Immovable Mountain

Emissary Asahana, on behalf of Sllshya, the Fluid One

Emissary Uacyll, on behalf of Whirrh, the Western Wind


In accordance with their collective agreement to serve the Elements, all Primes currently bound by active Oaths are hereby instructed to:

1. Acquire and submit elemental cores into active planar tears. Stabilisation of rift boundaries is dependent on continued and extended access to the Fringes proper.

2. Install pillar constructs to the Lords Kkractle, Garash, Sllshya, and Whirrh in designated Fringe areas. Proper placement supports localised elemental stability and facilitates further occupation for those not bound to the Elements.

3. Locate and eliminate aberrant elemental entities. These units do not meet recognised structural or behavioral standards and are to be removed on sight.

All soldiers of the Prime are to report to the office of Chellen and request a briefing. Further instructions may follow as conditions develop.
