The Blessed Domain of Caspia hereby declares the isle of Zanzibaar under the sovereignty of the One True King. This includes, but is not limited to, the cursed lands of the isle, as well as the waters which surround it. Governance shall proceed under the anointed eye of Azaxon, Seventh Priest-General, and shall be enforced with the utmost prejudice.

Until such a time as the dominion of the God-King is solidified against interlopers, any trespass by sea shall be met with extreme force, and any trespass by cursed land shall face the impenetrable arcana of the Priest-General. Trifle with these measures at your own peril.
