During fierce hurricanes along the east coast of Sapience recently,
multitudes of dead fish were found washing up on shore. Upon further
investigation it was discovered that a small, constructed island was
floating near the center of the hurricane and upon it rested Caspian,
the Lord of the Ocean! Withered into an old man, he has proven
unresponsive and registers nothing around him but the Trident of the
Seas upon which his glassy gaze is fixed. What this portends is unknown.
