It seems that recently, a contingent of dwarven miners moved into the
Siroccians, greatly upsetting the orcs who felt it their personal
domain, as well as their private treasure chest of mined wealth.
Unfortunately for the dwarves, the orcs have set up a new outpost nearby
whose members have discovered that it may be easier to kill the dwarves
after they mine the metal rather than mining it themselves.
