Just a quick update to the AGONY ability in Oppression, to better reflect some new standards we're trying to keep to for knights:
* Healthleech being in place will now cause the affliction healing portion of agony to fire, though with a 10 second cooldown. This does not lock out the bleed requirement and does not stack with the bleed requirement, but should be more achieveable for certain specialisations.
