Misc
----
* The duration of the debuffs given by CLEANSEAURA, SOULSTORM, and PENITENCE against denizens has been doubled.
* MALIGNITY MAUL, DOMINION MAUL, DISCIPLINE RAKE, and VALOUR RAKE no longer use balance or equilibrium when cast. The damage of these skills has been slightly lowered to compensate.
* NOTE: All denizen healing abilities are NOT percentile and instead restore a base amount plus a random flat bonus. This means that the visible percentage restored may vary drastically based on the maximum health of the denizen.
