It seems I unfortunately missed the mark on the hypochondria change and actually ended up basically making it way better. Apologies for a change so soon after the last one, but this was definitely not the intent:

* HYPOCHONDRIA's order is now nausea, lethargy, impatience.

This should meet my intent from last patch which was to slow down the ginseng pressure by 1 and keep impatience availability where it was in terms of ttk. By cutting lethargy it let you drop the full hypochondria order through venoms and enable impatience immediately, which was not intended.

That one is on me.
