As part of the Year 1000 celebrations, I have just opened Lottery 16 for ticket purchases!

One lucky winner will claim ownership of a Brand New Delos Shop located east of "Eastern Epitus Avenue".

This lottery will run until the closing of all other Year 1000 contests (see UPCOMING), after which it will be drawn and a winner selected.

Tickets can only be bought for yourself, and each ticket costs 20000 gold. There is no cap on how many entries you can buy.
