We've just loaded up some mining leveling changes to go with the recent changepost. Given this requires some refunds though, it has its own announce post:

- Leveling miners and soldiers has become much easier. The last two levels are a big xp spike (though still lower than previously), but getting the early levels now happens much quicker.

- All soldiers over level ten have had their level reduced to level ten. Any qwindorium that would have been invested into said soldiers has been refunded and is now in your inventory.
