As we enter June and approach the half way point of the year (already!), we say goodbye to giftbags and the lesson converting bonus and hello to the Wheel of Fortune. This month you can purchase spins on the website (http://www.achaea.com/credits). Here are a few of the things you can get on the wheel this time around:

- Various consumables, including double xp orbs.
- Credits
- Mayan crowns
- Potted willow minipets.
- Artefacts (ranging from 25 credits to 2500 credits in value!)
- Lessons (though not if you have more than five classes already).
- Artefact discount vouchers.
- Collection caches.
- Talisman caches, containing the new monks themed set.

And various other favourites! But I am sure most of the attention was grabbed by that final entry, so here is the break down on the monks talisman set:

A training dummy of a monk: These training dummies allow you to hit them for practice, but beware: they may defend themselves! Valued at 50 credits.

An odyssean tongue: You may WHISPERTONGUE <phrase>, and then you will automatically utter that phrase at the moment of your demise. Valued at 150 credits.

A black headband: While wearing this headband none of your mana draining defences shall impose their drains upon you, so as long as you are MEDITATING. Valued at 200 credits.

A taloned ring: While wearing this ring you will grip tightly to all items that you are wielding, much like the gripping defence's functionality. Valued at 400 credits.

A cranes pennon: UNFURL this pennon and the next two people to BOW to the pennon will enter into a mutually acknowledged duel. Neither of those people will be able to stray more than one room from the pennon until either five minutes has passed or one of the combatants is slain. Note: you cannot force someone to bow, before anyone gets ideas! Valued at 700 credits.

An olive branch: RAISE this branch and you will take no damage from external sources. This can only be done every 10 minutes and lasts ten seconds. Note that this does not protect you against self-inflicted damage such as HOLOCAUST or FULMINATION. It also respects all forms of hinder such as prone/paralysis/entanglement. Any offensive action will cause the effect to dissipate. Valued at 1100 credits.

A rallying standard: PLANT BANNER and all of your mutual allies upon the same continent and plane, who are also on balance and not on a monolith will be summoned to the standard. Once planted you will need to wait for the standard to reset to you before you may PLANT it again. Valued at 1600 credits.

A dark ashwood staff: This staff functions as a level 3 Shikudo staff, but also permits you to SMITE THE GROUND WITH STAFF to cause a variety of effects, from the minor to the not so minor. Note that this is entirely uncontrollable so you should not expect to rely on any particular effect. Valued at 1750 credits.

But there's more! You'll additionally receive 1 racetrack ticket for every 10 credits you purchase, if wheel spins just aren't your thing!

Enjoy!
