Newbie hunting changes

Starting Achaea is tough, especially for a true newbie, so we've just added a couple of class-specific changes to help ease new adventurers into the realm. The main goal with these changes was reducing the need for adventurers to create aliases or macros/keybinds to use their most basic hunting attacks.

* Serpents will now retain a secreted venom over multiple BITEs. They will still relapse if they have not bitten anything recently.

* ACCENTATO will remain tunesmithed on a Bard's rapier until replaced with a different tunesmithing.

Alongside the above, there was a small IDEA added:
* WEAPONPROBE now accepts LEFT and RIGHT as an argument to look at a wielded item.

Penned by My hand on the 4th of Glacian, in the year 645 AF.
