Bugfixes!

Greetings Sapience,

Another load of bugfixes has just gone in. Of note in this lot were:

1. The insulating unguent defense (formerly caloric) now uses that name
when being stripped or worn off rather than the old caloric lines that
didn't apply to those using the alchemical alternative.

2. Giving multiple of different types of the same object, e.g. giving 50
vials of differing styles, should now all be given at once.

3. Listing dyed letters in your inventory should now list them divided
out into their different colours rather than all together.

4. Output formatting of the HONOURSD command should now have the correct
amount of newline characters.

As ever, if you encounter any problems, please file a BUG report with as
much relevant details (what commadn you used, what response you got,
replica numbers, etc) as possible.
