I just put a heap of bug fixes live, while most were of little
difference to everyday life in Achaea, these ones have an effect on
player abilities and other obvious things:

* SOULCAGE/TRANSMOGRIFY deaths now correctly clear ENLIGHTENMENT.
* BACKSTAB can no longer be initiated while under the effects of Divine
grace.
* The counter for repeated BBT attacks is now correctly cleared on
death.
* Enchanted BAUBLEs and WHIRLWINDS now have a decay time.
