Per report 3247, I'm going to be trialing the removal of certain second life skills.

Skills removed:
- Luminary & Earthcaller: Rebirth / Reformation.
- Zealot & Ravager: Resurgence / Unfinished.
- Carnifex & Warden: Substitute / Intervention.

Skills remaining:
- Indorani & Oneiromancer: Soulcage / Remembrance.
- Level 200: Store (there's a number of different names).
- Tattoos: Starburst.
- Modifications: Returning.

I'm going to be monitoring how this affects team battles and the like, and then decide if it should be a permanent change or not.
