A minor update in how tmotes work with regards to capitalisation has
just been put live. Previously, the targeted word would be capitalised
only if the first letter following the symbol was capitalised. This is
no longer the case.

In order to cause words to be capitalised, a + must now follow the
leading symbol. For example $juliet and $Juliet will both translate to
you/Juliet (first/third person view), while $+juliet and $+Juliet will
both translate to You/Juliet.
