In one Achaean year from now, we begin our Year 550 celebrations,
marking over half a millennia since the fall of the Seleucarian Empire.
As always, we'll be running our Championship events, with the winner
taking home the Staff of Nicator, currently held by the Y500 champion,
Rangor Corten.

Strength of arm, mind, and endurance will be tested from Sarapin to
Mayan as competitors battle it out in a 2v2 combat tournament,
bandersnatch hunt, tumble races, championship quiz, and a 24 hour
experience contest!

For all of the details, make sure you take a look at
http://www.achaea.com/year550.php for the event schedule. We'll also be
running numerous other smaller events and games over the course of the
year with gold, credit, crown, and artefact prizes!

Penned by My hand on the 12th of Sarapin, in the year 549 AF.
