We're pleased to announce some more classlead changes today, the details
are as follows:

- A new ability, RUNICARMOUR, has been added to Runelore.

- A new ability, MOUNTTREADING, has been added to Riding.

- The restrictions on movement by BARGE have been relaxed some.

- Harvested plants may now be used with the PLANTING ability for up to
an hour after harvesting.

- EXECUTE will now do damage in its second stage.

- The restrictions on Seafaring SOUNDING have been relaxed.

Other changes/bugfixes:

- The rate of accelerated decay of ships in natural harbours after two
years has been throttled back some.

- Thurisaz will now display special messages indicating that its target
is in a water room.

- A bug causing JUMPKICK to not properly track movement speed has been
fixed.

- Telepathy COMMAND is once again usable off-balance.
