Respect and maturity

We have a very dedicated team of volunteers working hard to make your
time in the realms enjoyable. Be it through events, expansions to the
the world, handling your customer service requests, and any number of
tasks that are required for Achaea to thrive as a virtual world, they
donate hundreds of hours of their own time each week for your benefit.
Yes, there are real people behind the Gods, Celani, and Guides, and they
are crucial to this game. Those of you who see fit to abuse and demean
the individuals behind them will find that your actions will no longer
be tolerated. Players who harass the volunteers, dishearten them,
attempt to make them quit, or otherwise generally provoke them are not
welcome in Achaea. Even if your actions are outside the scope of
in-character retribution, you are not exempt from administrative
penalty.
Please note: this is not directed at those of you who have an IC beef
with a God. If you want to shout to the heavens that Neraeos is a crazed
tyrant and should be toppled from his watery throne, feel free. If you
want to defile the shrines of Lupus 24 hours a day, that is your
prerogative. Of course, you will probably have to deal with some IC
consequences.
If you have concerns or problems with a particular volunteer, please
bring it up in a mature and reasonable manner (HELP CONTACTS lists many
such avenues) or contact me directly via tecton@achaea.com.
