The Year 500 Lottery has been drawn! Congratulations to Ephram, whose
winning ticket landed him the grand prize of 2000 credits OR $500 USD,
his choice.

2nd Place: Gorlasintan, winning 1000 credits.
3rd Place: Sethai, winning 500 credits.
4th Place: Plyth, winning 250 credits.
5th Place: Apartius, winning 100 credits.

The Year 500 Land Auctions are now open, and bids can be placed on plots
in the Dardanic grasslands, Mysia, the Eastern shore, the Isle of Harae,
Actar, the Aalen, and Green Lake. Please read the full description of
the auction before bidding. AUCTIONS will show you the list of auctions,
and the command AUCTION by itself will show you the syntax for bidding.
The auctions will last until near the very end of Year 500.
