Owner, Captain, Helm, Crew Chief, and Weapons Crew are all important
positions on ships. The first two have existed for some time. The third
is now available, with the abilities to SHIP TAKE|BECOME HELM, SHIP
MANOEUVRE, and the features of casting off, docking, setting/striking
sail, rowing, and turning, in both verbal and command modes. SHIP
MANOEUVRES can come in quite handy for things like providing a more
stable platform for firing ship's weapons, or evading incoming fire.
