House leaders now can assign a new power - FLEETCOMMAND, which
operates much like the order power of the same name, meaning anybody
with that power is treated as an owner of any House-owned ships
for the purpose of giving orders.

New poles - deepsea fishing poles - are available and for sale at
shops on the east coast in the vicinity of Shastaan/Tasur'ke.
These don't work well in rivers and lakes. The original poles don't
work well for deepsea fishing.

One step closer to full deepsea diving! Divers will now find
that when they explore the ocean bottom of the deep sea, they are
likely to find fish and other sea denizens.

Treasure is not yet to be found, though that would be the next step.
