If you purchased the artefacts mentioned in the past two announces before the prices were decreased, we will refund you 2/3rds of the price difference if you email artefacts@achaea.com requesting it(**).

If you wish to trade in those artefacts and you purchased them before the price decreases, please don't use the usual tradein command as you'll get 2/3rds of the CURRENT value.

Email artefacts@achaea.com (**) for a special tradein at the price at which you purchased them. You cannot both get a refund of 2/3rds of the price difference AND trade in at the old price; it is one or the other. These are exceptions; we may not always offer this every time an artefact price is lowered.

(**) When you email, please provide the following details:
1) Your character name;
2) The full ID of the item or items you are writing about;
3) Whether you want a refund of 2/3 of the price drop, keeping
the item, or whether you want to trade the item in for
2/3 of the previous price, and have the item go away; and
4) The precise number of bound credits you expect to gain
as a result of this transaction.
