The Underworld, for the duration of the current War between Ugrach and
the Magisterion, is being designated as a FREE PK zone rather than a
FULL PK one. The difference is that in a FREE PK zone, PK cause is
neither gained nor extinguished (see HELP PKTERMS). This means that you
cannot take revenge on someone outside of the Underworld, or after the
designation is removed, for attacks on you in the Underworld that
occurred since the beginning of the War. This designation shall remain
in effect until announced otherwise.

Do not disregard my previous announcement warning against using this War
as an excuse to go down there and attack/kill people pointlessly; that
warning still stands.
