I've added a config option so you can decide to see titles
all the time, even when accents are in use:

CONFIG TITLEWITHACCENT YES

Immortal titles are always seen, so your config option, or
use of accents or voice, won't change that. Feel free to
address any relevant immortal directly, and IC of course,
if you have any problems with that.

(I just crack myself up sometimes!)

Otherwise, if you leave this new config setting at NO,
then you will not see titles in speaking if the person
speaking is using an accent or voice.
