History has been extended to clans, who may purchase the
feature for the same price as any other org (see HELP HISTORY).

HISTORY by itself will remind you of what channels you COULD
use history on (because you are in that sort of org, and
that org has history enabled). It will also wryly point out
those orgs you are a member of that have been too cheap to
shell out the gold for history.

History lists are now unnumbered, since there's no real need
for the numbers, and you can't access the individual entries
anyway.

History lists no longer include the name of the org in each
entry. The org name is still present at the top of the list,
but not repeated all 20 times!

Minor fix related to history when you are not in the right
place (the right place is on the prime material plane and
on the continent of sapience) - when you try to access
history in such a place, you will be told that you can't,
rather than simply sending the word 'history' on the channel.
