LISTOFFERINGS SUMMARY (and its variations) has been changed
somewhat to try a new approach. When you issue this command,
the report you expect will be prepared in a delayed manner,
and you will be able to retrieve it later (probably only a
few seconds to perhaps a minute later) with a new command
option: LISTOFFERINGS RETRIEVE.

This is mainly being added because some certain groups have
allowed their listofferings lists to get very very long, without
using CLEAROFFERINGS, and so the processing time takes so long
that it causes rather severe Aeonic disturbances here.

Perhaps this new approach will help. Perhaps a certain
amount of cooperation from those of you who use LISTOFFERINGS
will also help! Let's see how it works out.
