The latest addition for Houses is called HOUSE RESTRICT, short for
HOUSE RESTRICTIONS. As a non-leader of a House, you can use the
HOUSE RESTRICT command to see if you are under any restrictions,
and what they might be.

As a House Leader, you are able to place restrictions of various
kinds on your members, remove those restrictions, see who is under
restrictions, and see which restrictions given individuals are
under.

This addition came mainly from the requests of those on the
Achaean Forums in the Leader forum.

I would give credit to the various folk who suggested the larger
vials thing, but since I proposed it originally about 100 Achaean
years ago, I'd prefer to keep ownership all for myself. Muahaha!
