Fist sigils attached to elemental staves are now detachable.
This is not forceable, takes a reasonably short balance time,
and can only be used by the owner/creator of the staff.

All sigils still go away if the item they are attached to
decays. If it is important to you to preserve your sigils,
you'll want to detach a fist sigil before your staff decays!
