More on the hacking attempts and the suicide command

Due to the continued brute force attacks on Achaean characters and the
character deletion (via the suicide command) of at least one hacked
account (which we will restore), I have temporarily disabled the SUICIDE
command. Again, I strongly advise everyone to increase their password
security -- see HELP HACKING.
