LISTOFFERINGS has been a bit odd for some time, and hopefully
will be a bit less so now.

Until recently, LISTOFFERINGS SUMMARY (a long list of
all contributors to the essence of an immortal with an order)
would show detailed information that did not quite line up
with LISTOFFERINGS ALL <name>. This should now be much less
the case.

In addition, looking at the details will reveal individual
entries related to mark bonuses.
